Good Relationship=Good Health


Have you ever thought about how working on your marriage would make you healthier? Well, according to Christine Proulx, assistant professor at the University of Missouri Department of Human Development and Family Studies, she suggests that you look at the health benefits of a good relationship. She discovered that the way you interact with your spouse does affect the health of both.

Proulx points out that being connected with your spouse or being in a good relationship is not going to cure your illnesses or even completely safeguard you against future health issues. But she does say that is may lower your risk of health issue for you and your spouse. What more could we need to get motivated to work on our relationships?
